| Appointment of Leendert den Hollander |

One of Europe’s biggest food businesses - the Findus Group – has signalled the up-weighting of its marketing agenda with the appointment of Leendert den Hollander to the new Group role of Chief Marketing Officer (CMO).
With substantial international brand marketing and business experience, Leendert joins the Findus Group after 15 years with Procter & Gamble (P&G). He has worked across multiple product categories & brands and has experience at regional, country and global level. Most recently, he was Global Director of Household Cleaners, based in Geneva.
Chris Britton, Chief Executive of the Findus Group says, “Leendert is a senior marketeer who has managed many famous brands and has an outstanding track record in driving category changing innovation. He will play a vital role in helping the Findus Group step up its marketing agenda - bringing new focus to our core development programme, leveraging consumer insights and driving innovation. I am delighted to welcome him to the team”.
In his previous role, Leendert den Hollander was responsible for defining and implementing a global strategy for the worldwide portfolio of P&G cleaning brands. He led the definition of a global innovation pipeline and new brand programs for Procter & Gamble’s North America and EMEA (Europe, Middle East and Africa) markets.
Leendert is a Dutch national currently living in Geneva. He is married with three children.
